Explications :
Mettre le singulier ou le pluriel après un pourcentage ?
==> Si % ( percent) est suivi de "of" + un nom au pluriel alors le verbe au pluriel
ex : 55% of the children go to school
==> Si % est suivi de "of" + un nom singulier alors le verbe sera au singulier.
ex: 55% of the win is left in the bottle.
