Você pode usar as seguintes fórmulas:
Celsius grau Fahrenheit °F = °C × 1,8 + 32
Celsius grau Fahrenheit °C/5 = (F - 32) / 9
No caso proposto seria:
ºF = 36,5 x 1,8 + 32 => ºF = 65,7 + 32 => ºF = 97,7
ou
°36,5/5 = (ºF - 32)/9 => 7,3 = (ºF-32)/9 => 65,7 = ºF - 32 => ºF = 32 + 65,7 => ºF = 97,7
