In this picture, we can see a women that is behind a man, on a running runway. According to the instruction she is differenced is 79 % of income with the man They are all dressed in suits of office, ready to go.
I think that the picture means that the differences between men and women are always here, but less than before and Not necessarily visible has short period but on long term.
Now, why the women is not at the same point like men ? The women were strong to be able to arrive at the point of the men. They fought for the voting right and the work. Today they continue but they win more and more and get closer more and more men
