1.The text I have chosen is a poem from which I have taken a passionate liking to.
2.The poem is called "Dreams" by Langston Hughes made and published in 1994. Hughes, whose full real name was James Mercer Langston Hughes, was born february first of 1902 in the state of Missouri in America. He was a poet, novel activist, novelist , playwright and columnist. But the hobby from which he was unique for was his poetry where he practiced a literary art form known as "Jazz Poetry".Now you see, the man was an African American, and so of course, he was a victim of stereotypes and intimidation. And with this said, it was fate for Langston to have led this historical event one day. As a leader of the Harlem Renaissance (tu peux rechercher un peu sur cela)...
3. Recites le poeme devant la classe.
4.The poem clearly and explicitly implies how fast we could lose or forget our dreams if we don't push ourselves to acheive them. In the United States, the American dream is something from which they have taken pride from. It is the idea that anyone can do anything as long as they work hard and long for it. But many say this Dream has died and is no longer valid and yet the wise poet's words tell us that we should cling on to whatever dream or possibility we have in mind. The text has obvious links to it and it's unfortunate disappearing.
5. Ca c'est a toi de faire. Exprime ton opinion sur cela.
