It was amazing. Alice: Wow, Hawaii. That sounds wonderful. What did you do there? Bob: We did a lot of things. We visited the Volcanoes National Park, where we saw the Kilauea volcano and the lava flows. We also went snorkeling in the Hanauma Bay, where we saw colorful fish and coral reefs. And we enjoyed the beautiful beaches and the warm weather. Alice: That sounds like a lot of fun. Did you take any pictures? Bob: Yes, I did. Do you want to see them? Alice: Sure, I’d love to. Bob: Here, let me show you. This is the Kilauea volcano. It’s one of the most active volcanoes in the world. You can see the smoke and the steam coming out of it. Alice: Wow, that’s impressive. It must have been an amazing sight. Bob: It was. And this is the lava flow. It’s so hot and bright. You can feel the heat from a distance. Alice: That’s incredible. It looks like a river of fire. Bob: It does. And this is the Hanauma Bay. It’s a marine sanctuary and a popular snorkeling spot. You can see the clear water and the diverse marine life. Alice: That’s beautiful. It looks like a paradise. Bob: It is. And this is me and my family on the beach. We had a great time relaxing and sunbathing. Alice: You all look so happy. I’m glad you had a good time. Bob: Thank you. We did. It was one of the best vacations ever. Alice: You’re welcome. I’m happy for you. Maybe someday I’ll go to Hawaii too. Bob: You should. It’s a wonderful place.
