Hello, help me pleaseThere once lived a king who had eleven sons and a beautiful daughter named Elsa. The children were very happy till their mother died. Then, the king married a wicked woman who turned the eleven boys into wild swans. When Elsa, did not see her brothers, she was very sad. One day, while walking along the beach all sad and lonely, she saw eleven swans. Just as the sun went into the sea, the swans dropped to the sand beside her. Their feathers fell off and there stood her eleven brothers. Oh, now we can always be together," cried the happy But the oldest brother shook his head. No, he said. "Our wicked stepmother bewitched us, we must stay swans as long as the sun shines. But every night at sundown, we become men again. We do not ve here, but far over the sea. Take me with you, pleaded the princess. So they made a great net of lianas. When morning came and that they had become swans again, they picked up the net with their beaks and carried the girl away over the sea to their beautiful country. in their new home, Elsa dreamt she could free her brothers the terrible spell if she could throw a net made with her own hands over her brothers. She should also not speak all the time she was making the net. As soon as she woke up, she set to work and said nothing when asked questions by her brothers. When she had a net igenough to cover eleven swans, she stopped. That night, she hardly slept. Just before dawn, she stood ready with het net. When her brothers turned into swans again, the threw the net over them. Immediately, they regained their original shape and lived happily with Elsa in their new country.​
