I loved being an astronaut! It was my dream since I was a little kid. I was on two space missions and they were both amazing experiences. I was also lucky enough to do a lot of extra-vehicular activity, which is always a lot of fun. I saw some amazing things while up in space and I was looking forward to many more adventures to come! About my experience I noticed big differences in my body, specifically my muscles in terms of how much they atrophied in my legs and I had a fluid shift that occurred once I went into a micro-g or zero-g environment.
