Sherlock Holmes was the best detective of his time.
He was the most famous one in the world because he was really good and skilled at his job.
He always solved the cases he worked on. In fact, he had good intuition.
He also liked boxing, fencing and playing the violin.
However, he didn't know everything about politics, literature or astronomy.
He didn't work alone, his assistant Dr. Watson helped him, he was his friend too.
He always said "Elementary, my dear Watson!"
He needed his pipe, his coat and his hat: they was a part of his character.
But he never wore glasses. Instead, he always used a magnifying glass.
And he looked for clues like fingerprints and hairs.
Then, he thought. He was excellent at deducting from facts.
He lived at 221B Baker Street in London, England.
He solved the mystery of Charles Baskerville's death and many other cases.
Actually, Arthur Conan Doyle wrote 56 short stories and 4 long stories about Sherlock Holmes!
Je pense que c'est ça mais je ne suis pas sûre que les réponses sont bonnes.
