Malala Yousafzai is a student activist for education (like her father) she is 21 years old, of Pakistani origin.
She opposed the Taliban who wanted to prevent girls from going to school. she has received several Pakistani and international awards: 6 prizes between 2011 and 2014.
Aged 11 is recognized by her testimony entitled "Journal of a Pakistani Schoolgirl", on a blog in our blog BBC.
At 17, she won the Nobel Peace Prize with the Indian Kailash Satyarthi.
She has written a book where she tells her story and her fight.
