During the scholar All Saints' holidays, I did not go on vacation. I stayed home. I took the opportunity to do my homework. However I had some friends who did not go on vacation so we went out swimming and skating. In the evening, my parents allowed me to go to bed later to watch movies on TV and play video games.  

Furthermore during the scholar All Saints' holidays, my parents had to work and I had to babysit my young brother. I took him to the children’s park a few times. We played board games, like the game of snakes and ladders (jeu de l’oie) and the Parcheesi game (jeu des petits chevaux). In short although I did go on vacations, I kept myself busy.
