This is the story of a man, who sing under the rain. He take his wife to her house, then, after have kiss her, run away, and express his good mood. A taxi wait him for move inside, but he refuse. Then, he meet a very pressed man, and say him hello with his hand. He start to sing something like "dodododododo" continuously. In "tasting" the rain, he understand that just let it fall is very pleasant. Then, he's going back to his house, slowly but surely. He also explain that even if the rain is falling, his heart is shining. He get his hat off, and welcome with open arms the rain, like an old friend. The hat get back on the head of his owner, and keep singing his excellent mood. He meet a couple who are trying to cover their hair from the rain, and salute them, full of happiness. Then, he take his umbrella, and start to dance with it. He's happy again !
