Frederik Douglas was born on 1817 . In 1840 , he escape to the noth and in 1947 he start a newspaper << the North Star

Frederick Douglass was born in 1817 as a slave. In 1840 when he was at the age of approximately 23, he escaped to the North. 7 years later, he started a newspaper called 《tge North Star 》in which he explained tge reasons that slavery was and why it should've immediately stopped. In 1850 he demanded that everyone has the right to vote, either that person being white or black, rich or poor, man or woman...He died in 1895 at the age of 73.
