(3x-4) (9x+4) - (2x-4)
= 27x² + 12x - 36x - 16 - 2x + 4
= 27x² - 26x - 12 .
Δ = b² - 4ac
Δ = (-26)² - 4 × 27 × (-12)
Δ = 676 - (-1296)
Δ = 1972
x₁ = -b+√Δ/2a
x₁ = -(-26) + √1972 / 2× 27
x₁ = 26 + √1972 / 54
x₂ = -b-√Δ / 2a
x₂ = -(-26) - √1972 / 2 × 27
x₂ = 26 - √1972 / 54
S = { (26-√1972)/54 ; (26+√1972)/54 } .
