- The gladiator in left side with the dagger and the headset, is adopting a defensive posture. He belongs to the class of samnite warrior

- The gladiator in right side with the lance and net, is adopting a offensive posture, is giving a blow from top to bottom with a lance. He belongs to the class of Retarius
