After that he started a training : each day, 100 push-ups, 100 squats, 100 sit-ups and 10 km of running, during 3 years. Now he can defeat everybody with just a punch. Saitama is hairless because of his training, he wear a yellow costume with red boots and gloves and a white cape. His costume is quite ridiculous, like his face, so he is not always taken seriously. Those things make him funny.
He is not able to fly, but it does not matter because he is so strong that he can jump very high, and land with precision. He is also fast, he runs extremely quickly, so quickly that he creates afterimages. He has really good reflexes and senses, which make him able to see each things around him, even the fastest. His body is so strong that he is invulnerable : he can be thrown from the Earth to the moon, and come back with no damages.One day, he meets Genos, which became his partner after he saw Saitama's potential, because he is probably the strongest man of the universe.
One Punch Man don't come from America, but from Japan. He is a kind of critic of the american superheroes, which are all charismatic and kind with the other people, always ready to help. Saitama is just normal, he goes to the supermarket, he pays his rent... And he search someone who can give him a fight that he does not finish with one punch, but it's look quite hard, and he is bored of that superhuman strenght. This boredom makes him jaded, so his reactions to some events are really funny.
Actually One Punch Man is the funniest and the most interesting superhero I have ever seen, those things who make him really special are the reasons of why I choose him.
