One of the most effective ways to eliminate obesity is by exercising! You should work out around 3 times a week and see what changes. If not much changes in that week then you should exercise more than 3 times.
Another way is too eat healthy. You should eat vegetables, fruits and protein. You shouldn’t eat sugary foods and carbs (= bread, pasta). Also I advise you not to snack during meals. You must eat 2-3 meals a day, healthy meals.
Some extra help could be drinking a lot of water and getting enough sleep per night. That means 3 liters of water a day and 7+ hours of sleep per night.
