At 7 :30, Jane's alarm clock rang and she woke up

She opened the shutters and let  the sunshine in.

She felt ready for her Saturday morning jogging.

First, she fed her Siamese cat, then put her tracksuit on and

went  running in the park for an hour.

When back to her flat, she took  a shower,

drank her first cup of tea and read the newspaper.

Later, she went shopping and bought some cheese at the market.

She also chose some ripe pears to make a crumble.

She drove  home and got everything ready for her dinner party : she had invited her new neigh bours.

She laid the table and waited for her guests.

They came at 8:00 and brought some Californian wine.

Her new friends enjoyed  the dinner and congratulated her for her delicious crumble.

Then, they left  at around midnight

Jane tidied  the kitchen and went to bed.

She was exhausted but very happy. It had been a very nice Saturday indeed
