Sport is an activity essential practiced in the sense of play and the effort and whose the practise adopted a training and the respect of the rules.
Sport, activity physical, is essential against overweight and obesity. Indeed, you allows to lose weight. More you training,more you burn calories. Moreover, thanks to sport you can improve your respiration and you could to avoid disease cardiovascular. And finally if you practise sport,you certainly could have a balanced diet.
Not only sport is good for your spirit, he you allows to know you better,to fight your anxiety and reach your goals but also he reduce stress and the depression. Also, sport can increase your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
If your session is too intensive you can probably have aches for three days or blessures for a few months. For example,there are more than 6,000 ankle sprains daily in France, and high performance athletes are used (are accustomed),especially during training or competitions.
I practised swimming during two years but now the sport that i have practised is basketball since three years because this is really the best team sport and i think that basketball team is like a family. Also, you can play it alone and you have fun.
