In the first image we can see that there are many towers like the Eiffel Tower, and there are thousands of people watching the towers and also there are castles with

we can also see a beautiful garden, and hot air balloons flying with beautiful colors in the sky and finally we can see a beautiful and really big sun.

2.image Dystopia

In the second image we can see that exactly that all the buildings are completely destroyed, and there is soil everywhere, wood, metal etc ... there is some half destroyed building, and the sky it and black gray very ugly .

2. Compare the two pictures. Do they have the same atmosphere and provoke the same  reaction?

No they do not have the same atmosphere and they do not cause the same reaction because in the first image we can see that the sky is beautiful and very sunny and its clean there are no buildings or tower, castle which is broken. And that in the second image the sky is ugly and all the buildings are destroyed there is some of this building are half broken.
