When I travel, especially in Tunisia, I go back to at the source because my father is Tunisian. So I have deep root sand I love that country a great deal even if I lose my bearings. Indeed, there is not the same comfort in French. I remember a day when I was in southern Tunisia I was shocked due to The lack of safe drinking water and sanitation. It was through personal reflection that I became aware of how lucky and privileged I am, we all are, to live in a place where opportunities abound. I met so many new friends, I got a glimpse of a new culture. I made innumerable memories such as my visit to Carthage .I learned a lot, For example the history for Tunis with notably Hannibal. It was very attractive! I moved on to the mountain town of Matmata where we visited the Berber village, down the rocky trails of the hot region. I was also invited to a local's home where they dressed me up in a traditional dressing gown--it was absolutely hilarious!! They also offered us a hot tea that was really refreshing in the heat since it cools down your body temperature. I also discovered a culinary specialty Harissa is a very hot red sauce used a lot in food. . Spices are widely used in foods to give flavor. And Finally “travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer”.
