I don't really understand the theme and requirement. Please mention what exactly you want. Meanwhile, I am writing a very simple paragraph. We have to use the superlative degree of comparison using the words ending in "est" and or prefixed by "most". So we use adverbs and adjectives in the above form. ===================
A cable car is the most pollution free means of transport in a tourist location. It is an engine less car (tramway) which is powered by an electric motor. They run on the road on fixed tracks drawing electric power from the overhead cables. On the mountains, the cabins (cars) are hung from overhead cables from the hill top to the bottom of the hill. The electric motors (pull) move the cable either way, thus moving the cable car.
We can reach the top of the snow capped mountain peaks most conveniently by a cable car. The are often the shortest paths. We can view and appreciate the most beautiful scenery (landscape) from the cable car. Often it is the fastest way up a snow mountain peak. A cable car is constructed even on the steepest mountains, where other means of transport is difficult.
The cable cars not the fastest mode of transport on the land. The cable cars are used by the most number of commuters, where they are available. They move at steadiest speeds and have the smoothest run. It is often the most peaceful and the most reliable means of transport. Last, but not the least, the cable cars are often the cheapest means of public transport.
