I am not asking you to sign up for an activity or to do a sport daily, I'm just asking you to remember sometimes to move, go walking or even going for a ride on your bike. It could be a good start and it would really help your body to regenerate. Secondly, try to ask your parents to diversify your menus. Indeed, not eating the same things everyday and adding more vegetables and less carbs to your meals can help you being in a good and better shape. Last but not least, drink water. Try to choose water rather than sugary drinks like Coke, Fanta or Ice-tea. Water as many benefits like the facts that it preserves mentals capacities, it helps through digestion and it reduces stress and anxiety.
