Some people practice sports because thay know how important it is . Sports can improve your health especially your heart's beats , build your confidence and have trust and hope in yourself . People who practice sports actually know its advantages and try to reach their motives because it never gets easier but you have to be better .

In my spare time , i enjoy listening to music , relaxing with a hot chocolate cup being surrounded with family and friends . i am found of watching TV and jogging .
