Bonjour aidez moi svp !
I've just returned from England. Except a windy and rainy weather, my Chritmas holidays have been really great ! For the very first time, my parents let me go without them, with the elder son of their best friends, Michael. He is 30 years old and lives in London. I wasn't alone with him , he also had two cousins a boy, David, 13 years old and Mellissa, 16 years old, a really nice and funny girl. We spent the two first days in London because Michael had still some work to do but he had planned everything for us. The very first day, he cooked for us a typical english breakfast : fried eggs and bacon. It seemed a little strage the first days but I really got used to it. Then , Ann, his girl friend, came over and we took in a double decker bus ! We visited the London Bridge and the Tower of London. Then we were quite tired, so we stopped for the 5'oclock tea and I ate a delicious apple pie with cinnamon. Just next door from the tea room, I bought some postcards and we came back home, quite exhausted. We had dinner wih Michael. The next day, he wasn't working , so he took us to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park where we ate some sandwiches. We really wanted to go to Picadilly Circus to buy souvenirs. He said we would go there to see how it was but he had planned to take us somewhere else. We went to Camden Place. It's a kind of huge flea-market with some clothes ' shops coming straight fom the Punk period.I found out lots of unexpensive presents to bring back home !!! Well this was meant to be an e-mail and it's looking more as a long letter !! We'' meet soon , I hope and I'll tell you about the rest of my holidays Best regards Laila
