Bonjour !1- the noise comes from broken glasses, from her dad and mum fighting about money, about her and her brother, from her dad yelling and her mother crying.
2- She uses the world "World War III" because it looks like it . Her home, her parents, : everything is falling apart and seems destroyed forever: love, family life.
3- She thinks her mum is responsible for the situation because she said things she didn't mean. I think in fact, everyone is somehow responsible. Her mommy didn't mean what she said, so her dad has to stop yelling at her because she always loves him. Pink promises to be better too because she wants a real family life.
4- To me "Family portait" is a story which happen too often. Parents are fighting, not realizing theirs kids want love and a real family. A family who is staying together, a loving and caring family. They don't want their parents getting in a divorce, they want them staying together forever as they have been in old family portaits.
5- She puts pressure on her dad telling him she needs him around, she doesn't want him to leave, she asks him to pretend and act as if it was natural. She asks him to remember the night when they went to Shining star. She begs him to stay.
6- the lyrics are :

In fact she promises him a nicer life, she speaks abour her mom and brother, but she speaks a lot about herself promising she's going to be a nice cute little girl. She really doesn't want to loose her father.
