Je le fais rapide, j'ai plus bcp de temps....
In my opinion, British humor may be confusing. However, it depends of your own humor. If your temper is to have an ironical second degree way of joking, you shoudn't be too surprised, and you should adapt very quickly. You will have to learn all the idiomatic expressions, though.
