First, When I hear " Big Brother ", I think at the famous slogan " Big Brother is Watching You " et so at the people who are always under control. They haven't not liberty. On this poster, the colour dominants are black, red and yellow. I can see also 2 cameras in the left corner, a helicopter, a zepplin, birds, two men or a patrol looking with binoculars, a control tower, a satellite dish. All this are equipment of surveillance. Moreover the element the more importante in this poster is the billboard. It's whrite the famous slogan " Big Brother is Watching You ", the word " obey "at the Bottom right and under the slogan a big eye who look us. This accentuate again the effet of surveillance. The atmosphere are stifling, dehumanized and very scary particularly with the barbed wire and wire. All these elements put people ill at ease. The goal is track down, brainwash, spy on people in their lifes and so intimidate and terrorize the population. Moreover under the famous slogan it's write " Obey ", this word shows that people I didn't have a choice, they are obliged to undergo this. The artist's goal is shows the population is always surveilled, they cant nothing doing of against all that.
