Mum asked me to get up because it was seven o'clock. I answered I wasn't going to school on that day. She wanted to know what the matter was, and if I was ill. I told her I wasn't , and after hesitating, I added I had a maths test that morning. She replied she understood , and she knew I wasn't good at maths. Then she asked me if I was sure I wirked enough. I answered I didn't know , but I thought I'd probably have a bad mark again. My mother concluded that was the reason why I didn't want to get up, ans she added that if I didn't, she'd tell my dad. He'd furious and he wouldn't let me go to Jenny's birthday the following weekend
