The job of baker-pastry is to make bread, pastries and pastry. A baker rises early at about three o'clock in the morning. He then prepares his pasta (bread, cabbage, puff pastry ...), lets them rest, makes his cakes, then baked his bread, his viennoiseries ...The craft of baker-confectioner can be exhausting, as a baker-pastry gets up early and works a lot. But it is also a very rewarding job that can yield a lot if its productions are successful.

Le travail de boulangerie-pâtisserie est de faire du pain, des pâtisseries et la pâtisserie. Un boulanger se lève tôt vers trois heures du matin. Il prépare ensuite ses pâtes (pain, chou, pâte feuilletée ...), les laisse se reposer, fait ses gâteaux, puis cuit son pain, son viennoiseries ... L'artisanat de la boulangerie-pâtisserie peut être épuisant, comme un boulanger-pâtisserie se lève tôt et travaille beaucoup.
