if you want to be healthy, you've to stop eating junk food. Stop eating too much fat or sugar. It might cause diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases. Buy fresh food, cook your own meals. It takes more time but keeps you healthy and you may freeze part of it. Processed food contains more fat, salt and sugar than you need. Eat ony at meals time, not in beetween. Fresh fruit or vegetables contain vitamins your body need. If you want to season your food, learn to use fresh coriander,tarragon, basil .... Drink mostly water or herbal teas : one glass of soda is equal as 5 spoon of sugar.
