Comparatif (C) ou superlatif (S) de supériorité
1- His bark is worse than his b i t e. C (obligé d'écrire comme ça sinon ça passe pour vulgarité!)
2- It's the strongest love I could find. S
3- Silence was even more terrible than his speech. C
4- She was the most famous woman of her time. S
5- It's the best thing she can do. S
6- I have done the best I could. S
7- Each lot seemed worse than the last. C
8- Expenses had been greater than she had calculated . C

adjectif + -er (+ than = que > si les 2 éléments de comparaion sont là)
si en -y = -ier funny = funnier
si se termine pas consonne/ voyelle/ consonne > on double la consonne (fat = fatter, big = bigger...)
Pour le superlatif de supériorité on retrouve les mêmes règles avec une terminaison différente >>>>
the most + adjectif
the + adjectif + -est
en -y = -iest
idem pour le doublement de consonne
3 exceptions
good > better > the best
bad > worse > the worst
far > farther/further >the farthest/furthest (selon le sens)
