C'est un temps qui s'utilise pour des faits commencés dans le passé et en lien avec le présent, pour des faits qui viennent juste de se passer, et avec les adverbes comme "just", "ever", "yet", "already" ..
Comment le former =
Have au présent (have/has) + le participe passé du verbe.
