Contemporary land situations are often changing. They are little studied: it was not used since the very different forms of the domain. In parallel with large-scale land negotiations and acquisitions and the sanctuarization of protected areas, the emergence of a world in which relations were fully fiduciarized. In this utopia, a global contract indicates that those who need food, those who have potential (operator or environment to protect) and then have the power to finance or guarantee. It is a new triangular world trade, which has stopped the relocation of functions and takes forms similar to those of trust, idleness or vacancy land. The author analyzes this relationship, discusses the alternatives and concludes that we must work to reject the myth of vacant land that founds this vision.
