J’ai fait une rédaction en anglais sur ça je voulais savoir si c’était bien ou pas corriger les faute me donner plus de truc a dire? Svp pourriez-vous m’aider The text is an NPR article written by Allison Aubrey in 2016. The text explains the innovation of chocolate pill. Dr David Katz, Director of the Yale University Prevention Research Center does many researches on chocolate and its benefits. Last year, researchers found a link between a regular chocolate consumption and the reduction of the risk of heart disease. Dr David and his researchers found that the dark chocolate is associated with a greater ability of blood vessels to dilate when they should.

I find this innovation very beneficial for the study of food. Indeed, this innovation which aims to find out whether chocolate can be a defence against cardiovascular disease. Personally, I am enthusiastic about the idea of changing chocolate into a nutritional supplement. This innovation can create different opinions. For example there are people who will be reticent to buy this famous nutritious chocolate because they think they are eating a tasteless chocolate (fake chocolate). Whereas other people may enjoy eating this food without blaming themselves later for eating too much fat. As Dr Katz makes us understand in his citation " One of the beautiful things about chocolate is that it's a source of great pleasure", he says Chocolate will never cease to be a pleasure. Of course, eating chocolate is a pleasure, which is why I find the innovation interesting. Because we can keep an eye on our food while keeping our little everyday pleasures like chocolate. The research has shown that cocoa reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, cognitive decline and many other conditions over time. It’s really interesting because they are studying a food loved by everyone that was previously not recommended.
