Hello, I'm going to tell you what I did last summer. I went to a summer camp with my best friend.
We had been preparing this trip for about 2 months and it was time for me to pack my stuff. I prepared my bag and I put my clothes for hot and cold weather just in case and my toiletries (obviously !). I remember being really excited but also kind of stressed. Me and my best friend had to take the train to get to the summer camp so both of our mothers dropped us off at the station and we took the train for about an hour and a half.
Once we got there, a lot of other kids were waiting for the bus to get to the summer camp too. We waited for less than 5 minutes and got to the camp in not even 10 minutes. We got there and met the guide, Matt. He was really nice and we introduced ourselves to the other kids. It didn't take me a long time to make new friends, even though I'm really shy.
Everyday was kind of the same so I'm going to tell you our daily routine. So, we woke up at 9 and had to be i the cafeteria at 9:30 to take our breakfast. Then, at 10:30, we had our first daily activity. We had the choice between so many different kind. For example, I did kayak, baseball, paintball and even climbing! At 12:30, we had to eat our lunch and then we had a little break to spend time with our friends. Then we had our second activity of the day at 3pm.
The last day, we made a campfire and grilled some marshmallows in it, it was really fun!
I really had the time of my life during this little week at this camp. i will forever remember this.
