This year we have spent a few weeks talking about on the South African and its different aspects. I'm going to talk about firstly Geography. In the second part I'll speak to you the history. Finally, we will see some places. In the first place I'm going to speak about in the Geography. South Africa has 54 million inhabitants. There are three capitals: Cap Town is legislative, Bloemfontein is judged and Pretoria is administrating. There are four racial groups about 9 % white, 80 % black, 2,5 % Asian and 9 % mixed. That's the reason why the nickname for South Africa is The Raimbow Nation. The colors of the South Africa flag are black, white, red, blue, green and yellow. There are 11 officials languages. Secondly, I speak about the history. South Africa was settled by the Dutch in 1963. After the Napoleonic in 1815, South Africa became a British colony. In 1910, South Africa became a union, a coalition between the English and the Afrikaners States. In 1960, South Africa gained independence from British rule, and became a republic. During this period apartheid was enforced. During the 1990, South Africa was transformed with the abolition of the apartheid. Nelson Mandela was released from prison and become president. Mandela is a president of South Africa and activist. He was born in 1918 and died in 2013. Nelson Mandela is serving 27 years in prison to protest against apartheid. Nelson Mandela was a civil rights leader in South Africa. He was a leader in the African National Congress. He was a president of South Africa in 1994-1999. In 1993 he won the Nobel Peace Prize as he ended the apartheid regime. Right now the president is Jacob Zuma.I see the film A long walk to freedom in 2013. This is a film based on Nelson Mandela's autobiography, recounting the childhood, his political career, his struggles for anti-apartheid and years of prison. We also talked about the film Invictus. Him out in 2009.Next the some place such as the museum Mandela that was opened in 2000. There is one of the most beautiful botanical garden which is near Johannesburg. We swag a beautiful waterfall a Verreaux eagle show and a stunning natural landscape.Personally, I also can tell you that the South Africa is a country greatly affected by racism and segregation. It is part of one of the emerging party and development. I liked this sequence because it taught me numbers information.I can not find the correct to make a difference between black and white because each individual decides not to skin color.
