She is the wife to Alassane OUATTARA who is president to the republic of the Ivory Coast. After studying, Dominique began a career as a business manager in the real estate sector but when her husband became the president she stoped her job. So, she created in 1998 fondation children of Africa wich help needy people in Africa. Today, this fondation takes place in eleven countries. First, fondation children of Africa combating child labour. It success the adoption to two plans to reduce the worst forms of child labour in Africa. It built 3 transit centres for childrens who snatted from the hands of traffickers. This centres assist and protect them. This fondation work in the health sector. It organizes public health campaigns to vaccinate childrens, built Health caravans wich travelles in the contries to improve the view of children. This association built a hospital to help mother and children in Bingerville with the last medical technology and quality staff. This foundation fight for women’s empowerment, it created a support fund to finance their projects and improve their incomes and fight against unemployment. Finally, this association supports for schooling and other social actions. It gives school kits in schools, built a college in Ivory Coast for girls and built 9 bibliobus wich travel in the countries to give children access to books and computers So, I decided to present you Dominique ouattara because I think that Dominique has a part of heroe for creating this foundation and to stop her job to focused to this fondation. Foundation children of africa does not only help poor people, she assists in the schooling of childrens, help them, fight th the right of womans and fights to prohibit child labor. So, for me, the world can be change with foundation like this merci d'avance !!!!!
