My disappointment began when I arrived at the restaurant. I was greeted with a long wait time, despite having made a reservation in advance. This was not an issue on its own, but it was made worse by the fact that there was no seating available for customers who were waiting. I was forced to stand around and wait for an extended period of time.
Once I was finally seated, I was disappointed to find that the menu options were limited and lacked variety. Furthermore, the food that I did order was not cooked to my liking and was not warm enough.
To make matters worse, the service was extremely slow. My drink was not refilled and my server seemed preoccupied and not attentive to my needs. I had to ask multiple times for additional napkins and silverware.
