I decided to try a more discreet approach to escape zombies. I noticed that zombies are more quiet afternoon and run away from the sun. I thus decide to wait that they calm down to take action.

I open the hatch quite slowly to make none noise. I jump and I land without incident. A zombie arrives, I rush to hide me under a table until he goes away.
Then, I go follow several corridors to arrive ahead staircases.
But I have a big problem, 2 zombies are in front of the stairwell! So, I throw a little stone for the attracted of other one quoted.
Zombie got excited in the simple sound of the pebble and run the other way around from me. I hurry to go down staircases to reach the downstairs and to go out finally of this fucking hospital. Happy to achieve finally my purpose, I precipitated me and shot in a can stayed in the ground. Bottle tumbled down two floors and resound in all the hospital. All the zombies have to hear me, I have to hurry to go out.
But it is too late, already dozens of zombie arrive. I don’t want to finish as these monsters! Fortunately for me, I kept a scalpel and I cut my throat.
