1. Let's do a job interview dramatization. There will be two interviewers and two interviewees in each group of four students. The interviewers will ask two questions, one to each interviewee. The job vacancy is for an office assistant, and no experience is needed. First, the interviewers will think of two questions to ask and write them down. Interviewee 1:
Answer to 1st question: I don't have any prior office experience, but I have been very organized and efficient in managing my personal tasks and responsibilities. I am confident that I can apply these skills to an office setting.
Answer to 2nd question: When given multiple assignments, I prioritize based on their deadlines and level of urgency. I like to make a to-do list and check off tasks as they are completed to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Interviewee 2:
Answer to 1st question: Although I don't have any direct experience working in an office, I have completed several coursework related to office administration. I feel like I have a good understanding of office procedures and can quickly learn any new systems that the job might require.
Answer to 2nd question: In situations where I'm given multiple tasks at once, I like to analyze each one and identify which tasks can be completed quickly and which ones require more time and effort. After that, I prioritize them in order of importance before tackling them one at a time.
