Bonjour
my/ your/ his, her its / our / your / their
4- 3 verbes conjugués forme passive
Most black women were enslaved (l. 5) (they enslaved most black women..)
She was paid far less than a man (l. 10) (they paid her far less than..)
the women were told to "listen and learn". (l. 14) (they told women)
8- Verbes réguliers eu prétérit
earned = to earn
loved = to love
worked = to work
helped = to help
wanted = to want
voted =to vote
replied = to reply (on change le -y en ied quand c'est consonne + -y / play =played car voyelle + -y)
died = to die
allowed = to allow (ici au participe passé "was allowed"
changed = to change
was = to be / was, were / been
did = to do > did/done
had = to have > had/had
fought = to fight > fought / fought
grew = to grow > grew / grown
said = to say > said / said
gave = to give > gave / given
were told (passif donc P; passé) = to tell > told / told
met = to meet > met / met
wrote = to write > wrote / written
told = to tell > told/ told
put = to put > put /put
In November 1872, Susan did something daring...
après il y a le modal can > could, mais ce sont juste 2 modaux différents. Ce sont des modaux,, et non des verbes (on ne dit pas "to can" !)
