Bonsoir. Voilà quelques idées que j'ai pu trouver sur internet.
1)
- Increased livestock production, as cattle and sheep produce large amounts of methane when they digest their food.
- Burning coal, oil and gas produces carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide.
- The deforestation because trees help regulate the climate by absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. When they are cut down, this positive effect is lost and the carbon stored in the trees is released into the atmosphere, aggravating the greenhouse effect.
2)
- Drought and rising sea levels are causing uncontrolled migratory flows and humanitarian emergencies. Some Pacific islands are beginning to disappear, and Western nations, which have been spared until now, are beginning to be exposed : the United States, for example, is registering its first climate refugees. Families will be torn apart, social and economic conflicts, wars and many other difficulties await us if nothing is done in time.
- Scientists unanimously point to human activity as the main cause of the current global warming. They even speak of a new geological era characterized by the human footprint: the Anthropocene. In the long term, global warming could lead to a rise in sea levels that could engulf entire cities and cause an irreversible drying up of resources. Coupled with a strong demographic increase of the world population, these structural dynamics lead us to a serious systemic crisis.
- Global warming is increasing the rate and frequency of extreme and devastating natural events, from floods, storms and typhoons that sweep away everything in their path, to forest fires that threaten homes and ecosystems, to droughts that condemn thousands to hunger and exile.
