I think it's a pretty good idea. In fact, I really think it should happen more often . In the States, they organize kinds os Summer camps for adults who are permanently connected. They have to give up even with their smartphones. Most of them are working in th Silicon Valley but not only. Some are people who can't help being connecting 24 hours a day. In term of health and in term of psychology. I think it will probably cause mental distress. I'm young, but when I see some friends who can't have a nice day if they don't have their cell phone, it scares me. Our parents were living without all this technology, and I think they were happy. Now, you're an has-been if you don't have it all. I just want to be free to live the way I want to and not to be forced to get such and such things. Anyway, a national day of disconnecting is a good start................
