(a + b)^2 = a^2 + 2.a.b + b^2
(a - b)^2 = a^2 - 2.a.b + b^2
(x - y)^2 - (x + 2)^2 = -20
(x^2 - 2.x.y + y^2) - (x^2 + 2.x.2 + 2^2) = -20
x^2 - 2xy + y^2 - x^2 - 4x - 4 = -20
x^2 - x^2 - 2xy + y^2 - 4x = -20 + 4
-2xy + y^2 - 4x = -16
Passando tudo menos o xy para a direita fica
-2xy = -16 - y^2 + 4x
Multiplicando a equação por -1
2xy = 16 + y^2 - 4x
Agora passa o 2 dividindo
