OBS: Provavelmente vc se esqueceu que em baixo também é fatorial, se não, não da pra resolver.
(x - 1) ! / (x - 3)! = 12
(x - 1) (x - 2)! / (x - 3)! = 12
(x - 1) (x - 2)(x - 3)! / (x - 3)! = 12
(x -1)(x - 2) = 12
x^2 -2x -x +2 = 12
x^2 -3x -10 = 0
Delta = 9 -4(1)(-10)
Delta = 9 +40
Delta = 49
x = (3 +- 7)/2
x' = (3 + 7)/2 = (10)/2 = 5
x'' = (3 - 7)/2 = -4/2 = -2
V = {-2,5}
