Jane HAS MADE just a few minutes ago - ( You use "has made" when you are talking about something that was made recently)

Timion MADE 13 films and i think her latest is the best. ( "Made" is usable when talking about something in the past)

"had " is usable when talking about something that was made in the past , but in the sentence it already happenned , for example :

But at the time he told me about it , I had already went to the party .

And "was making" is usable for an action that is already happenning  , that's not the case of our sentence , because Timion MADE 13 FILMS , and is not making in the moment
