Esse is working está errado, pois quando eu fala she is working, essa ação está ocorrendo no momento.
O verbo work solicita a preposição on e não in.

O verbo had é usado no passado ou no passado de uma ação passada.
She had a car= ela tinha um carro

O problema dessa frase é somente o ago, essa frase pede present perfect continuos, e o ago é usado no past.
